Christmas Magic comes to Headley!

Carols, Christmas crafts and a mischievous visit from the Grinch are all set to help families get into the festive spirit at a special event in Headley.

Taking place between 2-5pm on Thursday 10th December 2026, Elivia Homes will bring together the local community to enjoy seasonal treats, activities and traditional carols at its Headley Chase development in Headley.

With Christmas just a fortnight away, it’s an opportunity to take a break from the shopping and preparations and enjoy an afternoon of festive fun.

Carols and Christmas treats

There aren’t many things that make it feel more like Christmas than the sound of children singing carols. Pupils from The Vale Primary School will provide the musical backdrop to the celebrations, while guests enjoy mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies.

Whether you’re coming along with children, meeting neighbours or simply looking for a festive outing close to home, there will be plenty to enjoy.

Keep an eye out for the Grinch, too. He’ll be wandering around throughout the event, meeting guests and bringing a little mischief to proceedings. We can’t promise he’ll be on his best behaviour!

Get Crafty for Christmas

For younger visitors, the Christmas crafts station will offer the chance to design their own decorations to take home. From choosing a design to adding the finishing touches, it’s an opportunity to get creative and make something special for the family Christmas tree.

Children can also put their Christmas wish lists down on paper at the letter-writing station, complete with a post box to the North Pole to ensure their letters reach Santa. And if your little ones are keen to get their requests in early, the station will be available in the Headley Chase sales suite throughout November and December. PLUS, all wish lists posted will receive a personalised reply, don’t forget to include your address.

Join the celebrations

The event takes place at Headley Chase, on The Drive in Headley, on 10th December, from 2–5pm.

Set within the former Headley Court estate, the development offers a collection of traditionally designed two, three, four and five bedroom homes amongst landscaped grounds and open parkland. For development details, visit Headley Chase.
