Clean Bandit, Bjorn Again & more will star at Newbury Racecourse this summer, and we’ve teamed up to offer a pair of tickets to each show

Newbury Racecourse’s much-anticipated Party In The Paddock raceday music series returns this summer. BRIT-Award nominated artists Sophie Ellis-Bextor & Ella Henderson will perform on Saturday, 19th July.

The BRIT award-nominated artists will co-headline Weatherbys Super Sprint Day, performing full sets after an afternoon of racing.

With an impressive musical career that spans over 25 years, Sophie Ellis-Bextor has amassed five top 10 albums and eight top 10 singles, with hits including Murder on the Dancefloor’, featured in the epic final scene of Emerald Fennell’s film Saltburn. Sophie said: “I’m so delighted to be performing at Newbury Racecourse this summer, especially alongside Ella Henderson. Can’t wait to see you all there!’’

Marking her arrival on the UK charts with a #1 debut single (Ghost) and album (Chapter One) 11 years ago, Ella Henderson has continued her ascent, becoming a multi-platinum selling, billion stream artist. She said: “I’ve heard such good things about Newbury’s Party in the Paddock racedays and am so excited to be on the same bill as Sophie this summer!’’

For the first time Newbury Racecourse will host back-to-back raceday concerts for racing and music fans to enjoy in August with Clean Bandit performing on Saturday, 16th August, And Björn Again performing ABBA’s hits live after racing on Friday, 15th August.

The internationally acclaimed Björn Again show was created and founded in 1988 in Melbourne. The show rapidly achieved world-wide cult status and has been acknowledged for singlehandedly initiating the ABBA revival.

Clean Bandit have achieved remarkable success with four UK number-one hits and ten top 10 singles on the UK Singles Chart. The group features classically trained cellist Grace Chatto alongside brothers Jack and Luke Patterson, with Jack serving as the primary songwriter and earning two Ivor Novello Awards for hits including the triple platinum Rather Be featuring Jess Glynne.
