Paul hosted the weekly BBC radio foodie show `Food on Friday’ for 15 years & is a regular chef demonstrator at the BBC Good Food show Birmingham NEC. The Crooked Billet cookery demos are informal affairs. A must-attend for food enthusiasts seeking to expand their culinary repertoire – equally a fun & entertaining foodie experience.
