Capreolus are a family-run artisan charcuterie producer in West Dorset who have been curating their award-winning British charcuterie since 2009 following timeless artisan techniques with emphasis on quality, using finest whole spices, ground freshly for each batch.
They source locally bred and reared free range meat from traditional and rare breeds and seasonal wild meats from the West Country.
The prize hamper worth £150 includes the ‘Epicurean no cook mix’ for those who love to eat and not cook and the ‘Chef presentation mix’ with an array of ingredients including our Guanciale which won best charcuterie product of the year in 2019. It’s a meaty prize!
